“Apple(s) won’t taste the same anymore..“

Apple company CEO, Steve Jobs has just succumbed to pancreatic cancer on October 5th 2011. How not to think about his notorious speech to Stanford 2005 graduates about connecting the dots?

• Indeed: « you can’t connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backwards. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future. You have to trust in something: your gut, destiny, life, karma, whatever. »
• Definitely: « almost everything – all external expectations, all pride, all fear of embarrassment or failure – these things just fall away in the face of death, leaving only what is truly important. »
